One-Day Seminar: Exploring Strategic Thinking

Target Participants: Emerging global leaders

This seminar is appropriate for high-potential global leaders who participate in strategy meetings, but do not yet own a strategy.

Seminar Length: One day

The one-day off-site seminar is a facilitated group session intended for a maximum of 25 emerging, high-potential leaders. Each seminar is comprised of cross-functional, cross-cultural, and cross-rank representation and is conducted by one facilitator.

Content of Seminar: Introduction to strategy concepts and vocabulary

This highly interactive introductory seminar focuses on helping high-potential leaders identify how their approach to strategy can contribute to and complement essential strategy meetings. Emphasising a non-traditional approach to strategic thinking, this seminar provides emerging leaders with an anchor for strengthening their strategy capability. Leaders are invited to practice a set of skills that complement their tactical orientation with new ways of thinking critically about their own level of strategic responsibilites.
